“These victims were killed by criminals, and we will not rest until we figure out what happened and who is to blame. [this] callous and cold-blooded attack on these unsuspecting victims,” Eastern Cape Police Commissioner Nomteteleli Lilian Mene said of the Sunday afternoon attack.
