The woman’s lawyer, Prabhakar Tripathi, told the BBC that she was “uncomfortable” in her seat and “requested to be moved to an empty seat”, causing a “disagreement” with the crew. He said that she was also allegedly not allowed to use the bathroom due to the turbulence.
